CEMENTER / SERVICE ENGINEER
General requirements are as follow:
1. High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree preferred
2. Minimum 5-10 years experience in oil and gas services sector.
3. Preferably having training certificates.
4. Maximum age of 45 years old and able to communicate in English
5. Must have intermediate to advanced computer skills to include Excel,

Reports to Operation Manager
Supervises service operations personnel, assigns crews and equipment to jobs Organizes and directs the service operations
Ensures job quality control by scheduling appropriate personnel, equipment, resources, reviewing technical aspects of job, and assuring job is done per customer orders and Company policy
Prepares and/or audits reports of labor and equipment hours utilized, general expenses incurred, field services provided, and loans of equipment and personnel
Assures the cleanliness and state of repair of service equipment
Follows up with customers regarding job related problems or concerns
Addresses employee disciplinary issues and monitors field employee performance
